Transfer Terms

1. General Provisions

These Transfer Terms contain the rules and conditions applicable to the transfer services offered by Tourasst. Everyone who purchases and/or uses the transfer service is deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. Service Description

Transfer service covers passenger transportation services from airports, bus stations, hotels or other specified points.

The scope of the service is determined according to the arrival and departure points specified during the reservation.

Transfer service can be performed individually or in groups. The recipient accepts personal or shared transfer service according to the selected transfer type.

3. Reservation and Payment Conditions

Transfer service reservations can be made via www.tourasst.com, by phone or e-mail.

The service fee specified during the reservation is offered including VAT and payment is made by credit card or bank transfer.

The reservation is not finalized and the service reservation is not considered valid until the payment is completed.

4. Cancellation and Change Conditions

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the transfer start: Full refund will be made.

Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the transfer start: 50% of the payment will be refunded.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer start: No refund will be made.

Reservation change requests must be made at least 24 hours before the transfer start. Changes will be evaluated according to availability.

5. Waiting Time and Additional Charges

Airport Transfers: If the flight information is provided correctly, the vehicles will wait considering flight delays. However, the first 60 minutes of waiting from the arrival time are free of charge. An additional fee will be charged for each additional 30 minutes after 60 minutes.

Bus Terminal and Hotel Transfers: The waiting time is 15 minutes at the time specified during the reservation. An additional fee may be applied for each additional 15 minutes after 15 minutes.

The user is responsible for being on time at the transfer point. If you are not ready on time, the vehicle may depart without a refund.

6. Luggage and Items

1 large suitcase and 1 hand luggage per person can be carried free of charge. For excess luggage or items requiring special handling, prior notice must be provided and additional charges may apply.

Dangerous goods, illegal products or items prohibited from being carried are strictly prohibited.

Our agency assumes no responsibility for personal items lost or damaged during the transfer.

7. Vehicle and Driver Conditions

The vehicles have undergone regular maintenance to ensure comfort and safety during the transfer service and have been made suitable for travel.

There is a driver in the vehicles and the drivers have a legal driving license and the necessary authorization documents.

The recipient is obliged to follow the driver's instructions during the transfer. Otherwise, any liability that may arise belongs to the recipient.

8. Special Requests

The request for a baby or child seat must be specified during the reservation and additional charges may apply.

Specially equipped vehicle requests for disabled passengers must be communicated during the reservation and sufficient time must be allowed for the provision of a suitable vehicle.

9. Force Majeure

In case of delay or failure of the transfer service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, weather conditions, traffic accidents, road closures, strikes, [Touraast] cannot be held responsible. However, alternative solutions will be offered to ensure customer satisfaction.

10. Limitation of Liability

[Touraast] cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur due to any technical malfunction, traffic accident, delay or similar situations that may occur in the vehicles and during the transfer service.

The Buyer accepts that Touraast is not liable in the event of any personal loss or damage during the transfer.

12. Contract Changes

Touraast reserves the right to make changes to these transfer conditions. Changes will be valid from the moment they are published on the website.

The buyer is deemed to have accepted these conditions when he/she purchases the transfer service.
